Every project we manage is assigned dedicated RLO officers, ensuring smooth communication. Our daily operations are closely monitored for quality and efficiency. We proudly maintain a strong complaints-handling record and always aim to minimize unnecessary noise and disruption.

Armina Group is a growing multi-trade contractor specialising in responsive repairs, void refurbishments, and planned maintenance works for social housing providers. We operate with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and resident care, delivering essential works that help housing providers maintain safe, high-standard homes.

Today, he guides the company’s strategic direction while remaining actively involved in key client relationships and project management.

Tudor, Co-Founder and Business Director at Armina Group, drives business growth, fosters strong client relationships, and shapes the company’s commercial strategy. With a solid background in construction and contract delivery, he has played a key role in the company’s journey from the very beginning. Since joining Armina Group in 2025, Trieu has significantly contributed to the development of the company’s planned maintenance and refurbishment services, leading the delivery of major works projects. Paw’s expertise is central to Armina Group’s commitment to delivering exceptional results. As our Site Operations Manager, he’s responsible for the day-to-day management of every site, expertly coordinating multi-trade teams and guaranteeing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the most rigorous quality benchmarks. Pav plays a vital role in workforce management and programme planning, ensuring consistent service quality across all our contracts.
