Today, he guides the company’s strategic direction while remaining actively involved in key client relationships and project management.

Tudor, Co-Founder and Business Director at Armina Group, drives business growth, fosters strong client relationships, and shapes the company’s commercial strategy. With a solid background in construction and contract delivery, he has played a key role in the company’s journey from the very beginning. Since joining Armina Group in 2025, Trieu has significantly contributed to the development of the company’s planned maintenance and refurbishment services, leading the delivery of major works projects. His expertise, combined with a focus on quality, compliance, and commercial efficiency, ensures a results-driven approach, delivering impactful outcomes for the company.

As our Site Operations Manager, he’s responsible for the day-to-day management of every site, expertly coordinating multi-trade teams and guaranteeing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the most rigorous quality benchmarks. Pav plays a vital role in workforce management and programme planning, ensuring consistent service quality across all our contracts.
