How We Work

We operate in both occupied homes and void settings, tailoring our approach based on the property's status:

• In occupied properties, we prioritise resident comfort and safety. Our dedicated Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) provide clear communication, help residents understand the schedule, and coordinate access in a respectful, efficient way.
• In void properties, we streamline the programme to maximise efficiency and reduce turnaround time, ensuring the home is ready for occupation as quickly as possible.
